Hello, My name is Alexandra and I am Jewish and I keep kosher and is Shomer Shabbos. We found a house in walking distance to campus and Hillel. We are looking for additional housemates. For 31 July 2017 to 31 July 2018. Total rent INCLUDING UTILITIES is $1800 a month with a security deposit of $1800. This is a half of a duplex with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one large kitchen. We are looking for a woman or two women to move in with us. The unclaimed loft room is large enough that two people can live in it, with ample storage space and windows. If two people live in the room, rent is $350 per person and me and my friend will pay $550 each. If one person lives in the room, rent is $600 and me and my friend will pay $600 each. Also, if two people move in, we would prefer that they know each other in advance. About us: we are two women who will be Seniors next year. Both of us are studying Environmental Science and Technology with a concentration in Soil and Watershed Science. We do not have a preference for what you study, but we do prefer that you are studious and courteous. We are not interested in anyone who plans on throwing parties in this house, because we expect you treat this house as if it is our own. We would like to keep things civil and professional. Please message me if you are interested.
