Donation Refund Policy.
Any donation given online is 100% refundable up to two weeks after the gift is made.  Refund requests must be sent to Shuli Tropp, Director of Institutional Advancement, at stropp@marylandhillel.org / 301-422-6200 x 211 OR ldonaldson@marylandhillel.org within two weeks of the donation.    Refunds will be processed and returned by check and will take 2-4 weeks.  Administrative fees are non-refundable.

Merchandise Refund Policy:
Any merchandise purchased online are non-refundable.   If available, sizes can be switched for different sizes, but merchandise must be brought in or mailed back.  Contact Liz Donaldson, Business Manager to arrange this swap.
