The Blaustein Jewish Education Fellowship uses a peer-to-peer education model, in which students of strong Jewish backgrounds engage in intensive learning and training to become peer educators. The fellows focus on areas including Hebrew language, Israel, Jewish history and law, and learn with local educators to become experts in specific topic areas. Then the fellows create their own curricula to lead conversations and lessons with their peers.
