This photo depicts thoughtfully placed commemorative stones of many
shapes and sizes at Mt. Herzl. This represents Israel, a country where
Jews from all over the world of different backgrounds can come
together. Just as there are different shapes, colors and sizes of
stones, there are different cultures, nationalities, and types of
Jews. Visiting Israel opened my eyes to the special diversity of the
Jewish people.
